UPDATE: Apparently it's not Miley after all! Internet sites claim that the girl in the photo is a 19-year-old "Miley look-a-like" from London. The girl apparently loves telling boys she looks like Miley.

The picture spread like wildfire today on the Internet. According to Gossip Cop , Cyrus’ camp is not happy and is considering to take legal action.

Nudey pics of Miley Cyrus have just leaked online…are we really surprised? I’ve been calling her Lindsay Lohan 2.0 for months now, so as far as I’m concerned, she’s right on target!

ONTD posted the scandalous pics this morning of Miley posing seductively, wearing nothing but a long plaid flannel shirt.

So how did these gems make it to the general public? Apparently Miley’s purse was stolen last week, and these pics were found on her phone or camera.

The only real proof there is that it’s really Miley is that she happens to own a flannel shirt just like the one in the pic and has been photographed wearing it around the town.

(NSI News Source Info) My Desk YYZ - July 25, 2010: Miley Cyrus and Taylor Momsen may pretend as if they're especially mature 16 and 17-year olds, but at the end of the day, it's clear: they're just like any two feuding teenage girls.

It all started a couple weeks ago, when the Gossip Girl actress and The Pretty Reckless frontwoman implied that Miley was part of "Disney bubblegum shit" taking over the airwaves and said she was sick of comparisons between the pair.

In response to those comments, a source tells Heat magazine "Miley is furious." He added:

"She thought Taylor was pretty cool until this happened, which has left her totally confused. Taylor is so obviously desperate for fame. I mean, she's traipsing around town in her underwear, or is that for the love of the music too?"

Wait... did someone close to Miley Cyrus just accuse another artist of dressing scantily in order to make headlines? Excuse us while we laugh hysterically over such hypocrisy....

Perhaps Miley Cyrus and Taylor Momsen should both put clothes on and shut up.

This insider believes "Miley has always had a lot of talent, and Taylor knows it. Taylor still sees her as a threat, which she is, although they're hardly in the same league."

It's difficult to take a side in this battle of underdressed, oversexed, self-centered singers. But Miley has spoken out often over the last year, expressing her disdain for musicals, vampires and other pop culture favorites. Her defenders always say to leave the girl alone, she's allowed to speak her mind.

The “7 Things” songstress stopped into Bob’s Big Boy to fuel up for the ride home, and stopped to pose for some pics with the restaurant’s mascot before heading off. In related news, it was recently reported that Miley and her boyfriend Justin Gaston had gotten themselves into trouble during a church service for text messaging during the sermon. But according to StarzLife, it’s all a bunch of rumors.
A church member told StarzLife, “As far as I know, nothing happened at all. The Cyrus family usually sits in the back, and someone may have stopped to talk with them, or to ask if they had available seats nearby, or something else. It gets crowded in the back of the room, and there are often ushers in the back helping people move around and trying to make sure everyone has a seat. I don’t know if they were texting, but if they were it was not disruptive.”
