We’ve always wondered if Saif and Kareen will get married and have always been curious about their wedding plans.

But recently at the press meet of their latest brand endorsement, Metro Shoes, Saif revealed, “No plans to get married at the moment. We are caught up with our professional commitments in life.”

Speaking about their association with Metro Shoes, Kareena said, “Metro Shoes is a great brand. What’s special is that they chose Saif and I to work together. We are both very happy & excited.”

About endorsing a brand together with Kareena, Saif said, “We want to brand ambassadors of many products but they also should be ready to work with us. We are happy to work together. But it should be in the right dose. The audience shouldn’t get fed up, which is quite easy to do with celebrity couples.”

Saif and Kareena will next be seen together on screen in AGENT VINOD which is scheduled for a release soon.

(NSI News Source Info) My Desk YYZ - July 17, 2010: Kareena kapoor falls deeper into love with boyfriend Saifu every single day. She says he’s not only good as a lover but also a rocking producer.

While shooting for ‘Agent Vinod’ in Tangiers and Marrakech, even the slightest discomfort of Bebo was taken care by Saif.

“Saif is the best producer I have worked with. He takes care of everything for me and sees to my littlest of comforts”, quips Bebo.

Apart from Bebo, Saif also took care of his crew and looked after their discomfort. After the shoot, he threw a lavish wrap up party for the entire cast and the crew in an expensive nightclub in Marrakech.

A source close to his girlfriend says, “Bebo and Saif have been shooting for Agent Vinod in Tangiers and Marrakech for 20 days now.When they shot in Tangiers, Saif had hired beautiful villas (called riads) for everyone. Each riad had its own private beach and terrace and was very close to the Atlas mountainsand desert. Kareena loved the place as it had a very simple, grungy look.”

Then the unit shifted to Marrakech. “Saif had a schedule wrap up party after we packed up there. Saif and his business partner Dinesh Vijan invited the entire crew to dance the night away at Theatro, a very expensive nightclub. One can also avail of personal DJs, it’s that exclusive.”

’Agent Vinod’ directed by Sriram Raghavan comes from Saif’s production house.

Saif’s debut home production Agent Vinod is all set to take off on May 24 in Mumbai though its actual shooting would take place in Morocco. The film will have a combat scene where the lead pair Saif and Kareena fights.

It comes to hear that Kareena has already started training for the particular sequence.

It was reported that Kareena plays a Pakistani spy in this film directed by Sriram Raghavan. It is slated for release in March next year.

(NSI News Source Info) My Desk YYZ - January 29, 2010: It has been more than 10 years since the Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan hit the headlines for alleged killings of black bucks during the shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hain. But the ghost of it still haunts the stars. The Bishnoi community and wildlife activists are agitated over actor Saif Ali Khan being honoured with a Padma Shir by the govt.
The notorious killing of black bucks had hit the headlines in 1998 in Jodhpur and the case is still under trial. Salman Khan was even jailed in the case for the shooting of the endangered species. The wildlife activists are planning to appeal to the Union government against the decision. The Bishnoi Tiger Vanyajeev Evam Paryavaran Sansthan (BTVPS) said they will soon to write to the President and the Prime Minister protesting against the decision.
People for Animals also expressed their regret on the Union Government’s decision to honour an accused. The organization is now planning to approach the Union minister for forests and environment, Jairam Ramesh saying that this decision is hurting the self-respect of the award as well as the spirit of the other deserving recipients.

The two are now one of the most talked about couples in tinsel town, but say marriage is not on the cards.
"We do discuss marriage but this is not the right time because Saif is busy in his production house and I am getting very good roles. So marriage can wait," Kareena said at the HT Leadership Summit on Saturday.
Saif said: "People say that marriage doesn't affect your career but the fact is it does. Today the whole definition of marriage has changed. We are so well connected, so close that marriage is just a stamp of validation for the society.

She has come back from New York where she teaches, because her father has suffered a heart attack. During this period, she meets a temporary Professor called Ehsaan Khan (Saif Ali Khan). Soon they begin seeing each other and love blossoms.A few months later, Avantika receives a call from her university in New York, asking her to come back for the Fall Semester. Avantika breaks the news to Ehsaan. He in turn, tells her he doesn't mind coming to the States with her, to find a job. But first they need to get married.
Soon after the marriage, they leave to start a new life in New York. They buy a house in an Indian neighbourhood and move in.
Just as they are setting up home, their conservative Muslim neighbours, Hamid and Anjum, invite them over for dinner. The next morning, Salma, one of the women Avantika met the night before at the dinner, visits her under the pretext of gifting her sweets. When Avantika invites her in, Salma tells her that she is in grave danger.
Nothing is what it seems. Salma pleads with Avantika to help her. What follows next, is a series of incidents that sucks Avantika into a vortex of danger and intrigue. As her life spirals out of control, Avantika realizes that she is a pawn in a huge game. And no one is to be trusted.

(NSI News Source Info) MUMBAI, India - November 1, 2009: Bollywood’s celebrated hot couple, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, revealed quite a lot about their personal life and professional commitments during the HT Leadership Summit in the capital on Saturday.
In a session moderated by Hindustan Times Advisory Editorial Director Vir Sanghvi here, Saif flaunted the ‘Kareena’ tattoo that he had on his arm making his love for his girlfriend very evident. He also announced that he’s very much committed to girlfriend Kareena. But at the same time, the couple didn’t miss the opportunity to make it very clear that they are in “no rush to get married”.
When asked about their marriage plans, Kareena said, “For now, Saif has to work on his production house. And I still have a lot more to do in terms of doing different kinds of roles in films.” To this Saif jokingly added, “In our profession, it’s exciting that people keep on asking us about our marriage plans.” But the couple didn’t completely deny their wedding plans, and Kareena assured that it would surely happen someday, while Saif reassured that he’s committed to Kareena.
Talking about how Saif and Kareena first met, Saif said that he saw her when she was 14, and at that moment he got the feeling that she’s going to be a movie star. Saif also said that he fell in love with Kareena because of her look and her smile. And having a rather personal statement like that coming from beau at a public platform, Kareena was seen blushing, “Saifu, don’t embarrass me,” she said.
On the other hand, while talking about the way her career graph has been, Kareena said that her films and roles have undergone a major change. There was a time, when she was written-off and there was a newspaper carrying the news that Kareena is finished. She had cried the whole night but her mother Babita supported her and asked her to face the situation with courage. Kareena also said that her sister Karisma is her role model.
When asked would she go behind the camera like her legendary granddad Raj Kapoor and father Randhir Kapoor, she said: "As of now I am getting good roles, so not now. But yeah, I don't rule that out... one day I might direct."
Kareena is very passionate and particular about her roles. "I like to know who is going to be the director of photography of my film. How am I going to look. Mostly what happens is when a script is narrated to you, it doesn't turn out to be the same on screen. So an actor has to know all this," she said.
The actress also said that she was never size-zero. “That was a term coined by people. I am what I am because of my body of work and not my body,” she said. She also said that the secret of her slim figure is Yoga and not a gym-work-out. “I can do a 100 suryanamaskars in a day. When I started out, I could do just eight or nine,” the actress added proudly.

“While I really can't really reveal what role Florence is playing, I would like to say that it's an important role and her character will revolve around me and Deepika," explains Saif, "The film is about modern relationships and the British actress will be seen in the first half of the film."

Saif had a bit of a scare over the Christmas holiday when he was admitted to hospital with stomach pains, but it turned out to be just a stomach infection picked up from some bhelpuri. (NSI News Source Info) December 31, 2008: Saif Ali Khan had been hospitalized in Leelavati hospital on Christmas eve owing to a stomach upset, but now he is well on the way to recovery.
Speaking from his hospital bed at Leelavati hospital on Dec 26, Saif said, “I’m almost recovered now. I’m going home today (27 Jan). It was nothing, really. I returned from Philadelphia from the shooting of Rensil d’Silva’s film on 23rd night. And since I was missing all the Mumbai ka khana, I gorged indiscriminately on local junk food, sev puri bhelpuri, paani puri….puri ki puri fauj went into my stomach.”
Saif claims it was nothing serious and he is going for a holiday with Kareena as pre-planned. She said, “It was gastroenteritis. Yes, I’ve been in hospital twice in the recent past. Once it was just an appendicitis. And the other time it was far more serious. After going through what I did the last time I’m hardly going to get scared by a little stomach infection.”
He added, “Actually it’s much less scary than it looks. I’ve got a drip coming out of my hand, so that makes it look kind of serious. But it’s nothing. I’m fine. Just a little sleepy. In fact Kareena and I are going on our holiday to the mountains as planned.”
