beautiful babe of bollywood who made her debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya’, has signed a deal with the international cosmetic giant L’Oreal.Sonam will be the new brand ambassador for the international cosmetic company and has already started shooting for it.
The gorgeous Kapoor babe will launch the new products of the company starting in January 2009. The buzz doing the rounds in the industry is that Sonam Kapoor has received a huge remuneration, which is on an equal footing to top bollywood actresses like Kareena and Priyanka Chopra.
However, Aishwarya Rai will continue to be the face of L’ Oreal for the time being. The company has adopted a policy of publicizing its products for thirty plus women through Aishwarya , while going for younger generation with Sonam Kapoor’s commercial. Aishwarya Rai has been doing the commercials for the brand for almost three years now.
Sonam is also awaiting the release of her upcoming film ‘Delhi-6’, where she has been paired opposite Abhishek Bachchan. Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has directed the film and the first promo of it shows Sonam dancing with a pigeon on her head.
