(NSI News Source Info) December 18, 2008: Fitting in a little promotional work in between filming, Penelope Cruz attended a special hosted screening of “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” held at the Mayfair Hotel in London, England on Wednesday evening (December 17).
Accompanied by co-star Rebecca Hall, the duo posed for pictures before making their way into the theater for the showing of the Woody Allen directed drama.
Talking about the filming process, Penelope recently told press, “Woody doesn’t like rehearsals. We had a meeting for the movie in New York, and then I didn’t see him again until he said, ‘Action.’”“It doesn’t leave time for the kind of self-judgment you feel while acting,” she says. “I think that’s one of Woody’s strategies. It’s a little calculated, and I think it works. I love this system of working. And you know you are in the hands of someone you can trust 100%.”
