(NSI News Source Info) My Desk YYZ - January 19, 2010: at the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards Sunday night as Sandra Bullock won the award for outstanding performance by an actress in a dramatic motion picture for her role in "The Blind Side," the film chronicling rookie offensive tackle Michael Oher's journey from the streets of Memphis to the NFL.

Bullock, who plays the matriarch of a family which takes in the teenage Oher after discovering he was homeless, cited Oher in her acceptance speech.
"If I may steal from Michael Oher, I may not be the most talented, but I've been given opportunity," Bullock said Sunday night.
On Monday, Oher had little reaction to Bullock's mention, saying, "I didn’t see it. Somebody told me."
