Diana lingerie outrage: Princess of Wales depicted in bra and knickers by Chinese company on anniversary of her death

As adverts go, it is certainly eye-catching. But whether it is tasteful to use a lingerie-clad Princess Diana lookalike to sell underwear is another matter entirely.

This bizarre promotion, which urges consumers to 'Feel the Romance of British Royalty', has been splashed across billboards in China by a lingerie company called Jealousy International.

And to mark the anniversary of Diana's death on August 31, 1997 – caused by a road accident in Paris – the lingerie company unveiled the new range at Shenzhen airport in southern China.

While in Britain the date was marked by admirers leaving some 30 bouquets of flowers outside Kensington Palace, it was a contrasting scene in Shenzhen.

The model posing as Diana is shown in her bra and knickers, and depicted holding a cello and bow as she casts her eyes down towards a young child.

A British journalist who happened to see the images this morning was appalled. Sam Chambers said: 'I was just going to collect my baggage from the carousel when I saw it flash up on a rolling advertising screen and couldn't quite believe what I was seeing.'

Mr Chambers, who is originally from Kent, but has worked in China for a decade, added: 'I thought, surely not, because it was rolling quite quickly. So I waited to check when it came up again and, sure enough, there was an image of Diana.

'It's all the more striking because today is the anniversary of her death.'

The company which has produced the lingerie, Jealousy International is based in China's southern Guandong province. Its website has a section on the Diana range with a further slogan: 'Free your mind, free your style'.

The apparent attempt to exploit the princess's image is the latest example of how firms around the world have sought to capitalise on her popularity and glamour.

Clarence House, which represents Prince Charles, did not comment on the adverts.

Naomi Campbell caught out by the wind as her skimpy dress blows up at Venice Film Festival

When dressing to impress, Naomi Campbell has her choice of the world's top designers.

But even the most expensive clothing can't help when a sudden gust of wind appears.

The supermodel was left exposed when her skirt blew up as she arrived at her hotel in Venice.

Her lowcut black sundress already left little to the imagination, with cutout panels showing her legs.

But the wind lifted it even higher to expose her underwear, in an unflattering moment as she headed into her exclusive hotel.

Naomi is in the Italian city for the annual film festival.

Last night she hosted the Uomo Vogue Hosts Dinner For Quentin Tarantino.

And in her black minidress she appeared to have recovered fully from her earlier malfunction.

The festival opens on Wednesday with a triple-header of Golden Lion-winner Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan and Hong Kong director Andrew Lau's The Legend of the Fist: The Return of Chen Zhen, starring Donnie Yen, followed by a special midnight screening of Robert Rodriguez's Machete.

Amongst the 79 films being screened at the festival are Sofia Coppola's highly anticipated Somewhere and Ben Affleck's sophomore directorial effort, The Town.

Looking like this in a bikini would put a smile on any woman's face. So no wonder Julia Roberts, 42, seemed so happy as she frolicked on a Hawaiian beach.

The actress showed off a stunning figure virtually unchanged from 20 years ago when she made her name starring alongside Richard Gere in Pretty Woman.

Now a married mother of three, she has spoken out against the fashion for cosmetic surgery and insisted on growing older naturally.

'The secret ingredient of beauty is being happy. And maybe a little eye cream,' she has said.

It also helps if you don't mind setting a few trends of your own. Miss Roberts, it seems, still prefers unshaved underarms, a look she first showed off at the Notting Hill premiere in London in 1999.

Her husband Danny Moder, 41, and their children, five-year-old twins Hazel and Finn, and son Henry, three, joined her in Hawaii as she took a break after promoting her latest movie Eat, Pray, Love.

Miss Roberts plays a forty-something woman who travels to Italy, India and Bali searching for a new way of life after going through a painful divorce.

Esha Deol files complaint against Ramu for non-payment

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has allegedly still not paid her daughter Esha Deol her full remuneration for his film Darling. The outstanding amount is nearly Rs 13 lakh.

A friend of Esha says, “Esha waited very long for Ramu to pay up. Despite repeated reminders, he did not pay heed to her.”

Esha has filed a complaint in CINTAA (Cine & TV Artistes’ Association) a year ago, but Ramu did not respond to the letters from CINTAA. The case then reached the FWICE (Federation of Western Indian Cine Employees). Still Ramu has not responded. Now, the Federation has labelled the dispute as a ‘Non Cooperation Matter’.

“How long could Esha wait? She wants her money. So what if the film didn’t do well at the box-office,” says the same friend. When contacted, Ramu claimed, “That’s an old thing. To my knowledge, it was sorted out.”

However, Esha’s friend told Mumbai Mirror, “That’s rubbish. Esha is still fighting hard against Ramu in CINTAA only a few days ago. Her balance amount is Rs 12-13 lakh.”

Producer of Darling, Bhushan Kumar, said, “We had paid Ramu a lump sum for Darling. He was supposed to pay everybody from that. We had a clear cut agreement with him. We had no contract with Esha.”

General Secretary of CINTAA and President of FWICE, Dharmesh Tiwari, confirmed, “Yes, Esha is fighting a case against Ramu. The matter is now under the ‘non-cooperation’ category.”

Questions continue to surround the Heidi Montag sex tape, specifically: Is there a Heidi Montag sex tape?

Former Playboy model Karissa Shannon has the answer: Yes, I got busy with this enormous, fake-breasted realty star on camera.

"There is a sex tape of me and Heidi," Shannon tells Radar Online, adding that SpencerPratt was not around when this girl-on-girl action took place. "It's just me and Heidi, that's it."

Karissa spoke to the website while she and boyfriend Sam Jones III stopped by Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood last night to promote her signature milkshake (coming next week on THG - Karissa Shannon Has a Signature Milkshake: A Special Report).

Keeping a straight face, Shannon said she doesn't want people to see the video.

How did it even get out? Blame Spencer, of course.

"Me and Heidi were hanging out at her house in Malibu and he came over to pick up some stuff and he 'accidentally' took my camera," she said. "I talk to Heidi every single day and I tried to be there for her when she was going through her divorce, but now it's starting to affect my life. Spencer had no right to steal my camera. There are other things on there that I don't want to come out, including the video of me and Heidi."

On October 25, Taylor Swift comes out with a new album titled "Speak Now."

We've already given readers a look at its cover art, but now we're excited to go even more in depth with the singer. What was the song-writing process like for the CD? What would she consider to be its theme?

Swift answers all these questions and more in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. Check out excerpts from it now:

On coming up with new tracks: It’s just such a fun challenge to constantly be writing and constantly be trying to top what you just wrote. It’s one of my favorite games to play - trying to beat what I’ve written last. What I wrote last is something I got really excited about when I wrote it, but I know I could write something better. It’s just a really fun thing to go through.

On connecting to the material: I think that whatever I go through in life will be directly reflected in my music. If I have a bunch of different experiences with a bunch of different people and some of them are good and some of them are bad and some of them are confusing, you have an album like this... I like to feel like I’ve covered every emotion that I’ve felt in the last two years.

On the single "Sparks Fly:" It's a song that the fans have been talking to me about in meet-and-greet lines for the last two years. So I revisited it, and I breathed some new life into it, lyrically and from a production standpoint. I’m really excited about the way it turned out.

On a summation of the CD: It's a collection of confessions, things I wish I had said when I was in the moment.
