After being booked and posing for a mug shot at around 8 PM, the former “Melrose Place” actress is said to have been released from lock-up a few hours later.
It wasn’t too long ago that Miss Locklear checked herself into rehab to fight ongoing depression - leaving the center in late July.Back at that time, a close friend of Heather’s optimistically told press, “Heather’s feeling really great. And she looks beautiful, just radiant. She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core. That’s when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that’s the best part of all – it’s so nice to hear her laugh.”
At this time, Heather’s reps have yet to comment on their client’s legal dilemma.
