They began as a burlesque troupe in Los Angeles before moving into the recording studio in 2003. They have ventured into Reality TV shows since their formation with shows such as 'The Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious'.

By 2005, the girls released their debut album, PCD, which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200. It spawned hit singles such as 'Don't Cha' and 'Stickwitu'. The ballad 'Stickwitu' garnered the group a Grammy nomination for 'Best Pop Performance By a Duo or Group'.
With the departure of Carmit Bachar in March of 2008, the Pussycat Dolls returned with their new single 'When I Grow Up,' which will be included on their sophmore album Doll Domination. Their second single from the album is 'Watcha Think About That' featuring Missy Elliot.
