Pussycat Dolls....Sexy, Hot & Beautiful Music
(NSI News Source Info) September 21, 2008: Founded by Robin Antin in 1995, the Pussycat Dolls are an American R&B quintet and dance ensemble. They began as a burlesque troupe in Los Angeles before moving into the recording studio in 2003. They have ventured into Reality TV shows since their formation with shows such as 'The Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious'.

Nicole Scherzinger, a former member of Popstars winners Eden's Crush, became the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls in 2003. The girl group at the time consisted of Nicole, Carmit Bachar, Kimberly Wyatt, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton. They began branding all of their stage costumes with the PCD logos, which started a fashion trend amongst fans.
By 2005, the girls released their debut album, PCD, which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200. It spawned hit singles such as 'Don't Cha' and 'Stickwitu'. The ballad 'Stickwitu' garnered the group a Grammy nomination for 'Best Pop Performance By a Duo or Group'.
With the departure of Carmit Bachar in March of 2008, the Pussycat Dolls returned with their new single 'When I Grow Up,' which will be included on their sophmore album Doll Domination. Their second single from the album is 'Watcha Think About That' featuring Missy Elliot.
