As the former Miss World was getting ready for her big Hollywood project - The Pink Panther, she realised, much to her shock, that she was being left out of all promos, posters etc.Originally, Ash was to appear with Steve Martin in the promos, but now it seems, The Father of the Bride star is being featured in the promo without her esteemed company.Reports say that the Bachchan daughter-in-law was really excited to be a part of this big Hollywood project, and thought it to be the first among many to come mainstream Hollywood films. The said snubbing has brought much disappointment and indignation to the actress.The production house has given a hint that they weren't quite sure how to play up her star status, since it is really limited to Asia. So much for international acclaim. Perhaps Ash will take this incident as a heads-up on the reality of her popularity. Let's hope she'll take a leaf out of Bipasha's book, and pledge to maintain her queenly status in Bollywood instead of running to Uncle Sam.
