(NSI News Source Info) November 6, 2008: As a follow-up to his run in the New York City Marathon on Sunday, Ryan Reynolds attended the “A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Cure Parkinson’s” 2008 Benefit For The Michael J. Fox Foundation on Wednesday night (November 5).
And, of course, Ryan’s beautiful actress bride Scarlett Johansson accompanied her hubby to the charitable evening, which was held at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers in New York City.
Also in attendance for the good cause were famous faces including NY Yankee All-Star Derek Jeter, actresses Julianne Moore, Elizabeth Berkley and Katrina Bowden, as well as a few members of The Who.As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Reynolds ran for Team Fox of the Michael J. Fox foundation, inspired by his father Jim Reynolds’ struggle with Parkinson’s disease, this past weekend - finishing the long-distance race at a respectable time of 3:50:22.
